Join us for this brand new event to be held during the 2018 Hopkins County Dairy Festival!  Similar to the popular Food Network Show, Chopped, “Whipped” will challenge teams to create a dish from the ingredients provided, plus two dairy products.  Three round – appetizers, main dish, and dessert – will take place, with teams being eliminated each round.  The final 3 teams will vie for the title of “Whipped” Challenge champion.  Registration forms are now available ($40 per team), and must be returned to the Extension by May 31.  Limited to the first 8 teams (4 people per team) to enter.  Businesses, organizations, and civic clubs are encouraged to enter a team.  The event will take place on Saturday, June 16, on the Civic Center grounds.  Call 903-885-3443 for more information.
